Its Autumn in Perth

This month our properties are even more in demand due to it being Australian school holidays. Families moving to Perth prefer to stay in self-contained furnished accommodation. The most popular properties are the Aussie Beach House in Burns Beach, the Duplexes at Quinn’s Rocks (these 3 properties have Ocean views and are 500 metres from the beach) and the Secret Harbour properties because of their proximity to Mandurah, Rockingham and Fremantle. Now that the train line has been extended to Mandurah from Perth, it makes these areas even more attractive as it is so easy to commute to the city by train. In fact, due to the number of families settling in the area between Mandurah and Rockingham, we have added another 3 houses in Secret Harbour and are looking at taking on another 2-3 in the area.
